Ogryns
Ogryns are a huge and physically powerful Abhuman mutant subspecies of humans, often employed in the Imperial Guard by the Imperium. Ogryns possess many traits prized by the Imperium; they are brutally strong and completely loyal, although extremely limited intellectually, which limits their battlefield role to simple and direct assaults. They come from cold and barren planets in the galaxy with high gravity, such as Anark Zeta, which is why they appear larger, heavier and bulkier compared to baseline humans.
Lizards
The Lizards are strong, heavy and dangerous creatures. They are usually employed in the army, since they are extremely strong and resilent. Since every weapon they use need to be modified, the amount of lizards in the army is not very big. They come from swampy worlds with low gravity, which lets them grow very tall.
Shistavenen
Like most canine-based species, Shistavanens had pronounced muzzles, sharp claws, long pointed teeth, and pointed ears set on top of their heads. Shistavanens also possessed large glowing eyes, and could also run at high speed for long periods without getting tired, alternately using two or four legs. As expected for a species of hunters, they had a keen sense of hearing, keen sense of smell, and excellent night vision.
Ssi-Ruuk
The Ssi-ruuk are large bipedal lizards that displayed traits from both saurian and avian species. They walk on two powerful hind legs with balance attained by a muscular tail along with two upper limbs that sport three prehensile claws. Whilst they are reptilians, they are in fact a warm-blood species. An average adult reach a height between 1.9 to 2.2 meters (approximately 6 feet) and weigh close to 350 kg (750 pounds). They are notable for their physical strength.
