Basilisk
The Basilisk is a self-propelled howitzer and is the standard artillery piece of Imperial Guard Regiments found throughout the Empire . It mounts one of the longest-ranged weapons available to a standard Imperial Guard Regiment, the Earthshaker Cannon. Basilisks utilize the standard Chimera chassis, but give up the passenger compartment and turret, leaving it with the hull mounted Heavy Bolter and the massive cannon. The Earthshaker can be adjusted for indirect fire, laying down suppressive fire for effect at coordinates provided by forward observation units. This is contrasted with many units of the game, which require 'line-of-sight'. In the fiction, the shells are renowned for the powerful shrieking they make during flight, the mere sound of which is often enough to break enemy morale.

Hydra AA Mobile Gun
The Hydra Flak Tank is a self-propelled anti-aircraft vehicle based on the Chimera chassis used by the Imperial Guard to protect its armoured vehicles and infantry formations from attack by the air. Its 4 long-barrelled flak Autocannons are mounted on a rotating turret. Additionally, the Hydra has a single hull-mounted Heavy Bolter. The main purpose of the Hydra is as an anti-air weapon. The turret is able to traverse to near-90 degrees, and swivels quickly to keep up with overflying aircraft. The vehicle also has advanced targetting systems on board to track enemy aircraft and identify between friend or foe. While mainly used as an anti-aircraft weapon, the Hydra's quad-barrels can also be lowered to be level with or pointing at the ground, allowing for it to attack infantry or even light armour. The rapid-firing Autocannon and its flak shells can do terrific damage to light and heavy infantry alike, and can also shred lightly-armoured vehicles.
